LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch is the Katy area’s premier mixed-use destination. Phase l Opened March 1, 2007 with 157,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 105,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space.

Phase ll  LaCenterra’s second-phase expansion opened in early summer of 2013 and includes an additional 34,000 sq. ft. of retail space as well as Central Green, an outdoor event venue, developed in a private/public partnership with a local municipal utility district.  Opened in June of 2013, Central Green is a signature multi-purpose event center providing the community with an outdoor venue for special events, concerts, festivals and community gatherings.   The space provides an open lawn area on the south side of LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch and can comfortably seat up to 1200 people.    

Phase lll Opened in January of 2015 and consists of 35,500 sq. ft. of retail space, 36,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space and a parking garage. 

Phase IV/ Final Phase 44,500 sq. ft. of mixed-use retail space including a 5-level parking garage and Alamo Drafthouse cinema antipated to be completed in Spring of 2018.
