‘RESTLESS PALATE’ RESTAURANT OFFICIALLY OPENS ITS DOORS AT LACENTERRA AT CINCO RANCH

KATY – Hospitality USA – Owner/Operator of the ever-popular concepts Local Pour, Baker St. Pub & Grill, Sherlock’s Baker Street Pub, and Watson’s House of Ales – has officially opened the doors to their newest concept, Restless Palate. Located at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch (2643 Commercial Center Boulevard), Restless Palate offers a casual dine-in experience in a modern atmosphere serving a variety of fresh and flavorful dishes and beverages.

With an original menu developed by Hospitality USA Chef Pablo Gomez in partnership with Chef Matt Marcus (Eatsie Boys and 8th Wonder Brewery), the kitchen offers a full-range menu including starters, salads, sandwiches, burgers, entrees and sweets.

Chef Gomez said the residents of Katy had a heavy influence on the outcome of the menu. “We sat down with folks in the neighborhood and asked what kind of dishes they would like to see, and we received an overwhelming response for a health-driven menu that still provided a variety of options and an abundance of flavor.”

“Once we received resident feedback it was full-throttle in the kitchen to create exactly what the community wanted,” noted Chef Marcus. “People sometimes confuse healthy with bland, but our menu is full of exciting recipes and we are confident that people will leave satisfied.”

Featured items include the “Herb Grilled Salmon” made with roma tomatoes, kale, asparagus, shaved garlic, basil chiffonade and served on white quinoa, and the “Sesame Ginger Ahi Tuna Salad” made with wild caught sashimi grade yellowfin tuna, Napa cabbage, spring mix, carrots, tomato, green onions, broccolini, edamame, sesame and rice sticks served with a sesame plum ginger vinaigrette.

The remodeled 5,000 square-foot restaurant, designed by Dawn Batsche Arcieri of Batsche Design, has seating for 163, including 52 on the patio. Restless Palate will be open seven days a week Sunday – Wednesday 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Thursday 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
