Nothing Bundt Cakes Grand Opening


Katy, TX – March 27, 2015 – One-of-a-kind Nothing Bundt Cakes – a bakery specializing in nostalgic yet refreshingly modern bundt cakes − is spreading its wholesome goodness to Katy. The bakery is located at 2717 Commercial Centre Blvd., Suite E160 in LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch behind Trader Joe’s. The bakery will celebrate grand opening festivities with a day benefitting Krause Children’s Center as well as fun community events (see full schedule below).  

Nothing Bundt Cakes reintroduces an old family favorite – the bundt cake - with a light, moist taste and fresh, clean look that appeals to all ages. Each 8” and 10” bundt cake features custom concept cake decorations that are smart, contemporary and fun to enhance any occasion, large or small. Nothing Bundt Cakes offers customers a wide range of cake flavors and sizes, from bundtinis – bite-sized bundts – to larger bundts that serve 18-20 people and tiered cakes, which serve up to 26 people.


Grand opening celebrations include:

  • Wednesday, April 15

    • 10 a.m. – Ribbon cutting with the Katy Chamber of Commerce

  • Friday, April 17

    • Krause Children’s Center Benefit Day – 20% of sales will be donated to Krause Children’s Center, providing a safe setting for abused and neglected girls to begin the healing process

  • Saturday, April 18

    • 9 a.m. - Free Bundtlets for a Year – First 50 guests with purchase on this day will receive free bundtlets for a year (one per month for 12 months)

    • 12-2 p.m. – Cake-A-Palooza – Bring the family and enjoy a’bundt’ant cake samples of our most popular flavors!
