Management Office
The Management Office is located on the second level of Building B in Suite 200, just above Talbots. The office is accessible from both the second floor of the West Gate Garage and through the ground level breezeway entrance between Talbots and Coldwater Creek. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. For additional information, please call (281) 395-5533.
Parking
In addition to street level spaces, LaCenterra offers plenty of convenient garage parking within steps of retail and restaurants. The East Gate and West Gate garages are located on either side of the property and are accessible via multiple center entrances.
Restrooms
Public restrooms are located on the ground level between the East Gate parking garage and breezeway and West Gate parking garage and breezeway.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located in the Management Office. Items can be dropped off or claimed during office hours. Items found after hours can be left with security or one of the retailer managers. Guests who have lost items after hours are asked to call (281) 395-5533 and leave a detailed message with contact information and description of the item. A staff member will call if the item is found.
Wheelchair Rental
For the convenience of our guests, wheelchairs may be rented from the Management Office during regular business hours. To ensure availability, reservations can be made 24 hours in advance via email at ContactUs@lacenterra.com or by calling (281) 395-5533. The rental fee of $3 per day will be collected and donated quarterly to a local charity. A credit card hold is required for rental.
ATM
A drive-thru ATM is available at First Bank located on the east corner (Cinco Ranch Blvd. and Grand Parkway) of the center.
