In order to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all, the management of LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch requests that guests abide by the following rules & regulations:

 

 Parental Supervision

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Children under the age of 17 may not remain on property after hours. Excludes individuals working for LaCenterra management or any LaCenterra retailer.
•

Unsupervised individuals under the age of 17 will be asked to leave the center if they do not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by management.
          •  If necessary, these guests will be escorted by staff or courtesy officer to call a
             parent or guardian for pick-up. They will remain with a LaCenterra escort
             until a parent or guardian arrives.

 

Food/Drink (Common Areas and Heritage Square)

• No glass containers.
• No ice chests.
• No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.

 

 Dress Code

•  Swimwear is not allowed.
•  Individuals dressed inappropriately will be asked to comply with policy or leave the center. (Examples include:  swimwear, swim diapers, no shirt, no shoes, no clothing (it happens) or any other attire that management finds inappropriate or possibly offensive to other guests.)
 

 Pets

• Pets must be on a leash, as per Fort Bend County laws.
• Pet clean-up is the responsibility of the pet owner, as per Fort Bend County laws.
• No exotic pets are allowed; no snakes.
• If pet becomes disruptive, management reserves the right to ask owners to remove pet from property.

 
Skate Boards

• Skate boarding is not permitted.
     •  If this policy is ignored, skate boards will be subject to confiscation.  
• If enforcement becomes a problem, the child will remain with a staff member or courtesy officer until a parent or guardian can be reached and arrives for pick-up.

 Parking & Transportation

• Bicycles are not allowed on sidewalks.
• All bicycles must be parked and locked in the bicycle racks provided.  Racks are located throughout the center.
• Motorcycles and automobiles must be parked in regulated parking spaces.
• Vehicles parked on the grass or in other restricted areas are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

Identification

• The staff or courtesy officers representing LaCenterra may request identification when deemed necessary.
• Person refusing to provide identification will be asked to leave.  Children under the age of 17 who do not have transportation will be asked to call a parent or guardian for immediate pick-up.  A staff member or courtesy office will remain with the child until a guardian arrives.

 

Enforcement

• Guests are asked to be mindful of others and adhere to the aforementioned rules set forth by LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch. The staff, courtesy officers and agents representing LaCenterra reserve the right to enforce rules and regulations at all times.
